Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Female General Manager with 10–12 years of strong hospitality management experience to oversee the overall operations of the organisation.
The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership, drive business performance, ensure exceptional guest experience, and lead teams towards achieving organisational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the overall day-to-day operations of the hospitality business.
Provide strategic leadership and direction across all departments.
Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Lead, coach, and manage employees to achieve performance targets.
Ensure consistently high standards of guest experience and customer service.
Monitor operational budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
Manage relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and business partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor sales, occupancy, revenue, and other key business performance indicators.
Identify business opportunities and implement initiatives to drive growth.
Address operational challenges and ensure prompt resolution of guest and business issues.
Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management/ownership.
Drive continuous improvement in processes, service standards, and overall business performance.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
10–12 years of proven experience in hospitality management, with significant leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of hotel, restaurant, lounge, or other hospitality operations.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Strong commercial, financial, and operational management capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant hospitality management systems.
Experience managing budgets, teams, vendors, and operational performance.
SalaryN700,000 - N1,000,000 Monthly.
