Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Female Operations Manager with strong expertise in hospitality operations management to oversee daily operations, drive service excellence, and ensure efficient coordination across all operational functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily hospitality operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
Manage and coordinate operational teams to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and service standards.
Monitor staff performance and ensure high levels of productivity and customer service.
Manage vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Monitor inventory, procurement, and operational costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Handle operational issues and resolve customer and service-related concerns.
Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
Support budgeting, cost control, and overall business performance.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field with 7 – 10 years of experience in Hospitality Operations Management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, customer service, and service standards.
Proven ability to manage multiple operational functions in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in luxury hospitality or a structured hospitality environment is an advantage.
SalaryN400,000 - N600,000 Monthly.
