Work Days & Time: Monday – Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Job Summary

We are Hiring a Female Inventory Officer in Jabi, Abuja to manage and maintain accurate stock records and support efficient inventory operations.

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for all products. Receive, inspect, count, and record incoming stock. Track stock movement, sales, returns, and transfers. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records. Identify stock discrepancies, shortages, damages, or variances and report promptly. Ensure products are properly arranged, labelled, and stored. Prepare inventory reports and provide regular stock updates to management. Use the company’s ERP system to update and monitor inventory records.

Female candidates preferred for gender balance. ERP management experience is a Must. 1–2 years of experience in inventory, stock control, storekeeping, or a related role. Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills. Good knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is an added advantage. Ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records. Must be organised, responsible, and trustworthy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
