We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting function. The role provides financial analysis, reporting, control and stewardship that supports the CEO and executive management in strategic and operational decision-making, while safeguarding the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records.
ResponsibilitiesLead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and strengthen internal financial controls.
Manage treasury, cash flow, bank reconciliations and working capital.
Prepare timely monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Coordinate annual audits, tax filing and statutory compliance.
Supervise, coach and develop the finance and accounting team.
Provide financial models and analysis to support business decisions.
RequirementsCandidates should possess a B.Sc/HND in Accounting. Finance or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification (ICAN, ACCA or equivalent) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years' relevant finance/accounting experience, with at least 2 in a supervisory role.
Strong working knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
Proficiency with accounting software and financial modelling in Excel.
Sound judgement, integrity and strong attention to detail.
