Job Title: Finance Operations Manager

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly disciplined Finance & Operations Manager to oversee financial management, operational controls, budgeting, reporting, and business efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, management accounts, and cash-flow reports.
Monitor expenditure, receivables, payables, and project financial performance.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
Oversee procurement, supplier payments, inventory, and warehouse financial controls.
Manage banking relationships and working capital.
Coordinate audits and statutory/tax compliance.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decisions.
Identify financial leakages, risks, and opportunities to reduce operational costs.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
Strong experience in budgeting, financial reporting, cash-flow management, and internal controls.
Experience in agribusiness, FMCG, logistics, warehousing, commodities, or project-based businesses is an advantage.
Strong Excel and accounting/ERP systems skills.
Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
