Job Title: Fleet / Truck Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
They are seeking an experienced and technically competent Fleet /Truck Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of its heavy-duty truck fleet.
RequirementsProven experience supervising mechanics and technicians.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, truck electrical systems, transmission, braking, suspension and diagnostics.
Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ability to manage fleet maintenance schedules and reduce vehicle downtime.
Good knowledge of spare-parts management and maintenance cost control.
Knowledge of vehicle safety and roadworthiness requirements.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a haulage/logistics company is highly desirable.
Valid driver's licence is an added advantage.
SalaryN200,000 - N300,000 / month.
