Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a front desk, receptionist, customer service or administrative role (dental/healthcare experience is an advantage).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good computer skills and ability to use appointment scheduling and office software.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Able to handle payments and maintain accurate records.
Professional appearance, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
