Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Digital Transformation and Governance)
Location: Lagos Nigeria

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm
Job Description
Full-stack developer bridging technical excellence with IT governance expertise. You'll develop mission-critical applications while ensuring compliance with COBIT, ITIL, and regulatory requirements (PENCOM, GDPR, Nigeria DPA) in a highly regulated environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop full-stack applications (React, Vue, Node.js, Python, Java)
Integrate IT governance principles (COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001) into development practices
Lead development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Support ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management) and production support
Champion code reviews focused on governance, security, and auditability
Ensure systems comply with PENCOM requirements and data protection regulations
Contribute to enterprise architecture and microservices design
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT (or equivalent experience)
5+ years full-stack development experience
2+ backend frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET)
2+ frontend technologies (React, Vue, Angular)
Strong IT governance knowledge (COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001)
ITIL practices experience (incident, problem, change management)
Enterprise architecture and system design pattern understanding
Relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB)
Application security and secure coding expertise
Preferred:Financial services or regulated industry experience
Pensions/custody operations knowledge
COBIT/ITIL/PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master certification
CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure-as-Code
Docker, Kubernetes, API gateways, service mesh
AI/ML or process automation platform exposure
