Job Title: Global Project Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Purpose
Greenpeg Engineering is seeking an experienced Global Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multidisciplinary engineering projects across multiple regions.
The successful candidate will oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations and company standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of international engineering projects.
Develop project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Manage project risks, change requests, and stakeholder expectations.
Monitor project performance, costs, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients across multiple regions.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare project reports, financial forecasts, and executive updates.
Drive continuous improvement and promote project management best practices.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Successful on-time and on-budget project delivery.
Client satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.
Project profitability and cost control.
Risk mitigation and issue resolution.
Compliance with quality, safety, and contractual standards.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 6 years of project management experience within engineering, EPC, construction, or industrial sectors.
Proven experience managing large-scale or multi-region projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI/PMBOK or PRINCE2.
Technical Skills:Strong project planning, budgeting, and commercial management skills.
Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and ERP systems.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of contract management and international engineering standards.
Behavioural Competencies:Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Results-driven with excellent organizational skills.
