The successful candidate should demonstrate a good understanding of government and civic concepts and possess the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and engaging manner. Candidates should be capable of preparing effective lesson plans, delivering classroom instruction and supporting students in developing analytical and critical-thinking skills.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc. or B.Ed.). An NCE qualification is an added advantage. Strong written and spoken English. A proactive attitude towards teaching and learning. An interest in modern curriculum development and contemporary teaching approaches. Genuine passion for impacting knowledge and mentoring students. Ability to communicate effectively with students and colleagues. Ability to work professionally within a school environment. Commitment to academic excellence and student development.
