We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Graduate Automation Engineer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Responsibilties
Work on the control systems that automate our clients' operations. Shadow senior engineers on PLC and HMI programming, control documentation, and the testing and commissioning that brings a plant to life.
Under supervision, you will:
Support PLC and HMI programming under guidance
Assist with control system documentation and I/O lists
Contribute to Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
Participate in commissioning of automated systems
Learn industrial communication protocols and SCADA basics.
RequirementsHND in an engineering discipline relevant to the chosen position
Strong understanding of relevant engineering fundamentals
Interest in engineering design, calculations, technical drawings and modelling
Familiarity with AutoCAD or other relevant engineering software is an advantage
Willingness to work at project sites, including offshore locations, when required
Completed NYSC or holds a valid exemption certificate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills
Willingness to learn, take direction and work collaboratively.
