Job Title: Graduate Trainee (Fleet Controller)
Location: Owerri, Imo
Responsibilities
Monitor delivery officers throughout their assigned trips to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Assist in tracking truck movements using GPS and fleet management systems.
Support the resolution of delivery delays, route deviations, and operational disruptions.
Liaise With delivery officers to obtain real-time updates on delivery progress.
Monitor tumaround times and dentify opportunities for process improvement.
Support the preparation of daily fleet status reports and operational dashboards.
Record trip data accurately for performance analysis and decision-making.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics & Supply chain Management, Transport Management, or Business administration.
0-2 years post-graduation experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office application Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and adapt.
NYSC completion certificate (or exemption).
