It’s a privately held firm in the housing and construction sector focused on real estate development, property sales, building services and infrastructure projects. We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: Graphics and Motion Designer

Location: Abuja (FCT) 

Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities

Create engaging graphics, motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms. Design social media creatives, promotional materials, adverts, presentations, and marketing content. Produce high-quality video edits, animations, transitions, and visual effects. Develop creative concepts that align with the company’s brand identity. Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and content teams to deliver creative projects. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Keep up with current design, animation, and social media trends.

HND / Bachelor’s Degree or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphics/Motion Graphics Designer. Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating graphic design, animation, and video work. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of 2D animation, typography, visual effects, and video editing. Knowledge of 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D is an added advantage. Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
