Set clear targets, coordinate execution across teams, monitor performance, and resolve gaps to ensure agreed commercial outcomes are achieved. Improve sales performance through upselling, cross-selling, product bundling, and other practical frontline commercial initiatives. Monitor customer and competitor trends and provide regular insights to support business decisions. Maintain a concise weekly dashboard covering sales pipeline, conversions, customer growth, key channels, and commercial priorities.
