 Job Title: Head Chef

Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time Job Purpose

To lead and manage the kitchen operations, ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality food while maintaining food safety, hygiene, cost control, staff discipline, and efficient kitchen operations.

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen leadership role. Proven experience in restaurant, café, hotel or hospitality operations. Strong knowledge of local and international cuisines. Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen teams and high-volume operations. Strong understanding of food costing, portion control, inventory and wastage management. Excellent leadership, organisation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong commitment to food quality, hygiene and customer satisfaction. Culinary qualification or relevant professional certification is an advantage
