Job Title: Head of Inbound & Logistics

Job Summary
As Head of Logistics, you'll lead the strategy, performance and transformation of a nationwide logistics network that powers the delivery of our products to millions of consumers across Nigeria.
This role sits at the heart of our Supply Chain operation, bringing together customer service, transportation, warehousing and distribution to create a seamless experience for customers and partners.
You'll play a critical role in enabling business growth, improving service levels and driving cost efficiency, while leading a team that delivers results across a complex and fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Shape and deliver the logistics strategy that strengthens service performance, improves efficiency and supports the company's growth ambitions.
Create outstanding customer experiences by ensuring products are available, orders are fulfilled effectively and service commitments are consistently met.
Lead a high-performing logistics operation across transportation, warehousing and distribution, driving safe, reliable and cost-effective product movement nationwide.
Build strong partnerships with logistics providers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve performance and unlock continuous improvement opportunities.
Optimise inventory flows and distribution networks to balance cost, service and operational resilience.
Develop and inspire a team of logistics professionals, creating an environment where people can grow, perform and deliver their best work.
What You’ll Bring
A Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Pure Sciences, Economics or a related discipline, with a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
10-15 years of progressive experience across logistics, warehousing, transportation and supply chain operations.
A proven track record of improving service, optimising costs and delivering operational excellence.
Experience leading large, multi-site logistics operations and managing cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of logistics strategy, inventory management, transportation management and supply chain optimisation.
Experience working with ERP, WMS or TMS platforms, such as SAP.
Professional supply chain or logistics certifications and postgraduate qualifications would be advantageous.
