 Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Jabi - Abuja (FCT) and Lekki - Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary

The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the company's real estate properties and investments sales operations. The ideal candidate is a high-performing sales leader with a proven track record in property sales, client relationship management, and team leadership. She must possess the capacity to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, generate robust quality leads, build a sustainable sales pipeline, and conduct frequent property inspections with clients across Lagos or Abuja region. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, deep knowledge of the Lagos or Abuja region real estate market, and the ability to inspire a team to peak performance.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Monitor individual and team performance against set goals, providing coaching and support where necessary. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for growth. Generate robust, high-quality leads through various channels including direct marketing, referrals, partnerships, and digital platforms. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent flow of prospects at various stages of the sales cycle. Track and report on lead conversion rates and pipeline health to senior management. Conduct frequent and effective property inspections with prospective clients across various locations in Lagos or Abuja region.. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service from first contact to post-sale follow-up. Negotiate and close deals professionally, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the company. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement. Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement. Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management. Ensure all sales documentation, contracts, and client records are properly maintained and compliant with company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or HND in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g. relevant sales certifications) will be an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in real estate and investment sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in the Lagos or Abuja regionsproperty market. Experience in selling land, residential apartments, commercial properties, and investment packages. Deep understanding of the Lagos or Abuja regionsreal estate landscape, including market dynamics, pricing, and regulatory requirements. Strong lead generation and networking abilities. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Age ranging from 35-40 years old Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized Monthly and quarterly sales target achievement Lead conversion rates, Number of inspections conducted weekly/monthly Quality of pipeline and forecast accuracy, Team performance and development.
