Job Title: Hotel Maintenance Officer (Plumber)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Role & Duties
Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems, pipes, fixtures and fittings.
Diagnose and fix water supply, drainage and plumbing faults.
Inspect and maintain toilets, bathrooms, pumps and water systems.
Attend promptly to plumbing emergencies and guest maintenance requests.
Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns.
Monitor water pressure, leakages and drainage systems.
Maintain proper records of repairs, materials and maintenance activities.
Ensure all plumbing work is completed safely and professionally.
