Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary
As the HR Executive, you will support and manage key human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and support HR documentation and administrative processes.
Support employee relations, performance management, training, and staff engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations.
Prepare HR reports and provide support on workforce planning and other HR initiatives.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR generalist or other HR functions.
Good knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, and labour regulations.
CIPM certifications will be considered an advantage.
Proficiency in modern HR platforms.
SalaryN300,000 – N500,000 Net monthly.
