Responsibillities
Customer Engagement & Sales:Develop solid relationship with customers..
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable wines, spirits, beers, and mixers.
Upsell and cross-sell products (e.g., mixers, ice, snacks, gift packs).
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback courteously.
Product Knowledge & Merchandising:Maintain strong knowledge of product ranges, promotions, and pricing.
Support visibility of premium brands and promotional displays.
Customer Loyalty & Experience:Build repeat patronage through friendly and efficient service.
Encourage customer loyalty programs, promos, or repeat purchases.
Handle VIP or regular customers with discretion and consistency.
RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
Product knowledge of wines & spirits.
Integrity, vigilance, and reliability.
Ideal candidate must reside at Surulere, Aguda, Ikeja, Lawanson, Yaba, Okota and environment.
SalaryN150,000 - N200,000 per month.
