Job Type: Full time Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Lead to oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and digital operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, security, and reliability of all IT systems while providing leadership for technology initiatives that support business operations. The role requires a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage both IT support and strategic technology improvements.

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, networks, and communication systems. Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime and reliability. Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.

Lead IT support activities and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system-related challenges. Establish and maintain effective IT support processes and procedures.

Network Administration

Manage LAN, WAN, internet connectivity, wireless infrastructure, and VPN services. Ensure network performance, reliability, and security. Monitor network usage and optimize performance where necessary.

Implement and manage cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls. Maintain firewalls, antivirus solutions, endpoint protection systems, and access controls. Monitor for security threats, vulnerabilities, and potential breaches. Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery readiness.

Manage user accounts, permissions, email systems, and access rights. Oversee software updates, patches, upgrades, and system maintenance activities. Ensure business continuity through proper system management and redundancy measures.

Troubleshoot and repair computer systems, printers, networking devices, and related IT equipment. Manage IT inventory and asset lifecycle processes. Coordinate hardware procurement, repairs, and replacements.

Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology. Recommend and implement innovative IT solutions. Support digital transformation initiatives and automation projects.

Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners. Coordinate procurement of IT equipment, software licenses, and subscriptions. Monitor vendor performance and service-level agreements.

Conduct user training on IT systems, applications, and cybersecurity best practices. Develop user guides and technical documentation. Promote effective utilization of technology resources across the organization.

Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards. Support audits, risk assessments, and business continuity planning. Maintain accurate IT documentation and records.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. 3–5 years experience in IT support, systems administration, network administration, or IT management roles. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, networking, and enterprise systems. Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware and peripheral devices. Experience with cybersecurity tools, firewalls, antivirus systems, and backup solutions. Knowledge of cloud platforms, virtual environments, and modern collaboration tools is an advantage. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
