Job Summary
Are you an innovative designer who transforms physical spaces into captivating visual experiences?
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team in Abuja.
You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and overseeing spatial design projects that balance stunning aesthetics with functional elegance.
ResponsibilitiesConcept & Design Development: Create initial concepts, mood boards, and space-optimized layouts tailored to client specifications and budgets.
Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations to align on project objectives, aesthetic preferences, timelines, and financial boundaries.
3D Visualization & Drafting: Produce precise 2D/3D floor plans, architectural renderings, and working drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
Material & Finishes Sourcing: Select and curate high-quality furniture, lighting, color schemes, fabrics, and decorative elements.
Project & Budget Management: Oversee project milestones, manage cost estimates, and ensure timely completion within set financial parameters.
Site Supervision & Collaboration: Partner closely with architects, general contractors, and craftsmen; conduct site inspections to ensure flawless design execution.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Spatial Design, or a related discipline.
Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on interior design experience (Real Estate/Residential/Commercial sectors preferred).
Technical Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Key Skills:Superior spatial reasoning, visualization, and artistic flair.
Proven ability to manage multi-phase projects on tight schedules.
Strong client communication, negotiation, and vendor management capabilities.
Certification: NCIDQ or equivalent professional design body registration is an added advantage.
SalaryN300,000 monthly.
