Role Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Internal Controls/Process Audit Team Lead to ensure operational efficiency and compliance across departments.
This role is critical in validating product naming and pricing frameworks, identifying risks, recommending improvements, and ensuring adherence to sourcing timelines in line with global best practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesInternal audits across Source-to-Pay departments for compliance and turnaround time.
Document procedures for product nomenclature and pricing, ensuring strict adherence.
Validate product approvals and procurement timelines without compromising standards.
Evaluate business processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Engage in product naming/pricing sessions to resolve bottlenecks.
Conduct market visits to validate product quality and availability.
Monthly audits of product naming and pricing to close gaps.
Recommend product availability strategies based on market trends.
Validate vendor handovers to operations in line with processes.
Lead internal control team to ensure KPI compliance.
Prepare audit reports for executive management and Board Audit Committee.
Advise MD/CEO on risk management, internal control, and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Audit, Business Administration, Business Process Management, or related field.
Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools is a plus.
Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or technology-enabled services is advantageous.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Internal Controls (Product & Pricing Audit, Process Audit)
