CasaLavoro Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented and highly ethical Internal Control Officer to strengthen our internal control, risk management, compliance, and financial monitoring processes.

Monitor internal controls, policies, and SOP compliance. Review property sales, payments, refunds, expenses, and vendor transactions. Conduct periodic and surprise audits/checks across departments and project sites. Identify control gaps, fraud risks, and irregularities and recommend corrective actions. Ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance. Prepare internal control reports and track closure of audit findings. Work closely with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Project teams.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years’ experience in internal control, internal audit, risk, or compliance. Real estate/construction experience is an advantage. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Knowledge of accounting/ERP or CRM systems. Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CIA, or CISA is an added advantage. High integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
