Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Officer/Supervisor to manage stock records, monitor inventory levels, supervise warehouse activities, and ensure accurate and efficient inventory operations.
Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing stock. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock databases. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Supervise the proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. Monitor stock levels and promptly report shortages or variances. Supervise, assign tasks to, and support inventory/warehouse staff. Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company procedures. Support internal and external inventory audits.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Social Sciences, or a related field. 2–4 years’ experience in inventory, stock control, or warehouse management. Good knowledge of inventory management software/ERP systems. Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills. Good leadership and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
