Job Title: Inventory Verification Officer
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Conducting scheduled inventory verification at all branches, warehouses, project sites, and other remote locations.
Verifying all inventory categories, including Finished Goods, Spare Parts, Raw Materials, and Company Assets.
Performing both planned and surprise stock counts in accordance with the approved verification schedule.
Investigating inventory discrepancies and supporting root-cause analysis.
Preparing comprehensive inventory verification reports, including findings, variances, and recommendations.
Monitoring compliance with inventory control procedures and recommending process improvements.
Supporting Management by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory records across all business units.
RequirementsBSc/HND in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing, retail, or distribution environment.
Proficiency in using modern inventory management software and ERP systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory record-keeping, stock tracking, and data entry.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to analyze inventory data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decision.
SalaryN200,000 – N250,000 / month.
