Responsibilities
Providing IT support for hardware, software and networks.
Installing, configuring and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and business applications.
Managing LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls and access points.
Ensuring timely resolution of helpdesk issues.
Planning and executing infrastructure upgrades and vendor coordination.
Maintaining IT inventory, procurement and documentation of systems and procedures.
Ability to monitor and maintain overall network performance.
