Summary
We are looking for an experienced and hands on IT Personnel to lead and manage our technology infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, applications, and payment technology environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise across networking, information security, Java, JavaScript, EMV/payment systems, and enterprise IT operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT services across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, servers, networks, systems, and applications.
Design, implement, and monitor network and cybersecurity solutions.
Ensure the security, availability, and performance of IT systems.
Manage firewalls, VPNs, switches, routers, access controls, and network monitoring.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot applications and integrations using Java and JavaScript.
Support and manage EMV, card payment, POS, switching, transaction processing, and payment-related technologies.
Implement IT security policies, procedures, backup strategies, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, security threats, and unauthorized access.
Lead troubleshooting of complex hardware, software, network, and application issues.
Manage IT vendors, technology partners, licenses, and third-party service providers.
Lead IT projects, system upgrades, integrations, and technology implementations.
Maintain proper IT documentation, asset management, and technical standards.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a managerial or senior technical role.
Strong experience in network administration and cybersecurity.
Solid knowledge of Java and JavaScript and application troubleshooting/integration.
Practical experience with EMV and payment/card technology is highly desirable.
Experience with POS, payment gateways, transaction processing, ISO 8583, ATMs, or payment switching will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, routing, and network security.
Experience with Windows/Linux environments, databases, APIs, and system integrations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project-management, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to critical IT and security incidents.
