Job Summary
We are seeking energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Kiosk Agents to join our sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's products and services, assisting walk-in customers, processing sales and registrations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist walk-in customers at the kiosk with product and service inquiries.
Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, pricing, and available promotions.
Process customer registrations, activations, renewals, and other service requests accurately.
Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily sales reports.
Ensure the kiosk is clean, organized, and well-stocked with marketing materials.
Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company offerings.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
RequirementsHND or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Completion of the mandatory NYSC programme.
Demonstrated interest in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart, confident, and professional appearance.
Strong customer service orientation with a persuasive and target-driven mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
