Casalavoro Residence is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented, and reliable Laundry Officer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

Sort, wash, dry, fold, iron, and properly store linens, uniforms, and guest laundry. Operate and maintain washing machines, dryers, irons, and other laundry equipment. Inspect items for stains, damage, or special care requirements. Ensure all laundry is handled efficiently and returned in excellent condition. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laundry area. Monitor laundry supplies and report shortages when necessary. Follow proper laundry, hygiene, and safety procedures. Handle guests' personal items with care and professionalism. Work closely with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely laundry services.

Previous experience in a hotel, residence, laundry facility, or similar environment is an advantage. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, organised, and physically fit. Good communication and teamwork skills.
