Job Summary
Legal Research: Investigate case law, statutes, judicial opinions, and regulations to support active cases or corporate transactions
Document Drafting: Prepare routine legal documents, contracts, briefs, pleadings, and correspondence under guidance.
Case and Transaction Support: Organize case files, assist with corporate due diligence, and file documents with relevant courts or regulatory bodies. Client and Team Coordination: Attend client meetings, take notes, communicate updates, and collaborate with senior team members.
Compliance and Administration: Maintain accurate matter-management records and help track regulatory changes or internal compliance standards.
RequirementsCandidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law, with relevant experience.
SalaryN140,000 - N150,000 monthly.
