Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own product strategy, discovery, execution and growth across our product portfolio.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can turn business and customer problems into clear product decisions and work with cross-functional teams to deliver products that create measurable value.
What You’ll Do
Own product vision, strategy, roadmap and prioritiesfrom discovery to launch and beyond.
Lead customer discovery, research and validation to identify high-value problems.
Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
Prioritise features based on customer value, business impact, data and technical feasibility.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales and Marketing to deliver products effectively.
Own the product backlog and maintain clear execution priorities.
Define and monitor product KPIs, adoption, engagement, retention and business outcomes.
Use customer feedback, analytics and market insights to continuously improve products.
Lead product launches and drive post-launch adoption and iteration.
Identify delivery risks, resolve blockers and keep teams aligned.
Mentor Product Managers and strengthen product management practices across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For
4+ years of product management experience, with proven experience leading products or product teams.
Experience taking products from discovery → validation → build → launch → growth.
Strong product strategy, customer discovery and prioritization skills.
Proven experience working with software developers and cross functional teams.
Strong commercial and analytical thinking.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to make difficult product decisions and defend them with evidence.
Strong ownership, execution and problem-solving mindset.
