Key Responsibilties
Draft, review, and negotiate property and commercial agreement
Regulatory compliance and legal risk management
Litigation and dispute resolution
Corporate governance and board support
Legal research and analysis
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
Conduct title verification and legal due diligence.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent)
5-7 years' legal practice experience in the relevant jurisdiction
Experience in property.
Corporate/commercial law, and contract negotiation
Certifications in corporate law, compliance, intellectual property, or risk management are an advantage
Experience in transactions, due diligence, litigation oversight, and regulatory matters.
