Job Title: Logistics Lead
Location: Free Zone, Ibeju – Lekki
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: General Manager
Job Description
Maximize truck utilization through effective planning and scheduling.
Optimize truck deployment to reduce fuel consumption and operating costs.
Ensure the assigned fleet achieves the minimum monthly trip targets
Work closely with the Sales team and third-party customers to secure additional haulage opportunities that improve fleet utilization.
Ensure timely and reliable delivery of products for local, inter-district and bridging operations.
Coordinate truck mobilization to meet loading schedules and customer requirements.
Monitor delivery performance and proactively resolve issues affecting service delivery.
RequirementsHND or Bsc in Business Administration, Transport management or a related field is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Haulage, Logistics Operations or Fleet Management as a Logistics Lead or Supervisor.
Relevant administrative certification is an advantage.
Team-oriented with good reporting discipline.
Proximity to Ibeju Lekki is an advantage.
