Job Title: Logistics Officer

Job Summary
As the Logistics Officer, you will coordinate the secure collection, handling, dispatch, and delivery of cards to customers and authorised recipients across Lagos.
ResponsibilitiesCollect bulk card shipments from DHL, safely handle and transport card packages, and reconcile received cards against assigned delivery records.
Verify recipient information and complete all required verification procedures before handover, while obtaining and maintaining accurate proof of delivery for every completed transaction.
Maintain accurate records of cards collected, dispatched, delivered, pending, returned, or unaccounted for, and provide timely delivery-status updates to relevant internal teams.
Coordinate with Customer Support and other teams on delivery requests, customer availability, failed deliveries, re-deliveries, and the return of undelivered cards.
Immediately escalate lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected, or disputed card deliveries and ensure all incidents are handled in line with company procedures.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, field operations, delivery services, or a similar role.
Previous experience handling sensitive, valuable, or confidential items will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple delivery assignments, and operate effectively in a fast-paced fintech environment.
