Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and technically competent Machine Operators to operate and monitor nylon processing machinery, ensuring efficient production, product quality, and compliance with established safety and production standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor nylon/polythene processing and production machines.
Set up machines and adjust operating parameters according to production specifications.
Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage.
Minimize material wastage and optimize machine efficiency.
Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Work closely with the Production, Maintenance, and Quality Control teams.
Report machine breakdowns, defects, and other production issues promptly.
RequirementsMinimum of SSCE / OND; relevant technical qualification is an advantage.
3–5 years of experience operating machines in nylon, polythene, plastic, packaging, or related manufacturing environments.
Hands-on experience with nylon/polythene processing machinery.
Good understanding of production processes and machine safety.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
SalaryN200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
