Description
As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Managing Director to lead the company into its next phase of growth and establish Greenfort as one of Nigeria's leading insurance brokerage firms.
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Managing Director to lead the company's strategic growth and business expansion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering sustainable value to stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the company's growth and business development strategy.
Drive sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and business expansion initiatives.
Lead and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Foster strategic partnerships and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
Champion the use of technology and innovation to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Ensure compliance with NAICOM, NCRIB, and other regulatory requirements.
Monitor business performance and implement KPI-driven management practices.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Master's Degree in a relevant field is required.
Professional membership of CIIN or other relevant insurance certifications.
Minimum of 12 years' post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive role within the Insurance Brokerage Industry.
Proven track record of business growth, strategic leadership, and operational excellence.
Strong financial, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory environment.
