About the Role
Brand & Communications:Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels — website, social media, sales collateral, and event materials.
Create marketing content including case studies, brochures, product datasheets, blog articles, newsletters, and presentations, working with technical teams to translate engineering capabilities into clear customer value.
Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, the company website, and other relevant platforms.
Lead Generation & Digital Marketing:Plan and execute campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Google, content marketing) to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Manage the company website — content updates, SEO, performance tracking, and lead capture.
Build and maintain marketing automation workflows and the contact database / CRM.
Track campaign performance and report on lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms; manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximise ROAS.
Conduct keyword research; optimise website content, structure, metadata, and images for search visibility; manage technical SEO and build quality backlinks.
Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tags.
