Job Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of a client in the Real Estate industry for the position of Marketing Officer.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s real estate products and services.
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Promote property listings across relevant marketing channels.
Create engaging marketing content for social media and other platforms.
Support property sales and promotional activities.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitors.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
Track marketing activities and provide regular reports on results.
RequirementsMinimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of social media marketing and lead generation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Target-driven with the ability to work independently.
Candidates must be based in Lagos or be willing to work in Lekki.
SalaryN150,000 monthly.
