Wea re seeking a creative and experienced Media & Social Media Officer to manage our digital presence and create engaging visual content. The ideal candidate must be skilled in video editing, graphic design, photography, and social media management.

Manage the company's social media platforms and online presence. Create engaging graphics, videos, reels, and promotional content. Edit videos for social media, property listings, campaigns, and events. Design flyers, banners, adverts, and other marketing materials. Capture and document property inspections, events, and other activities. Develop creative content to promote the company's properties and services. Monitor social media engagement and respond to enquiries professionally.

Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in media, content creation, or social media management. Strong skills in video editing and graphic design. Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar. Good communication and writing skills. Creative, proactive, and result-oriented. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience in real estate content creation is an added advantage.
