Location: Abuja, Kaduna, Kano and Kogi
Job Description
Manage and coordinate daily operations across Abuja, Kano, Kaduna, and Kogi.
Drive operational efficiency, service quality, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Lead, coach, and manage operational teams across the region.
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Prepare and present regular operational performance reports to management.
RequirementsMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a management role, preferably in the logistics, courier, transportation, or related industry.
Must be based in Abuja.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple locations and teams.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
Must be available to resume immediately.
