AFEMAI Wondercity Limited is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mixologist to join our hospitality team.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
Maintain consistent quality and presentation of drinks.
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and properly stocked.
Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Follow all company hygiene, safety, and service standards.
RequirementsPrevious experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar role.
Good knowledge of cocktail and beverage preparation.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Neat, presentable, and well-organized.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
SalaryN60,000 - N70,000 / month.
