Monitor network infrastructure, servers, systems and connectivity using NOC monitoring tools. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve network outages, performance issues and system alerts. Respond promptly to network incidents and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams. Perform first-level troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, servers and other network devices. Monitor network performance, availability and capacity. Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions and network activities. Perform routine system and network checks to identify potential problems before they affect operations. Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs), vendors and internal technical teams when required. Follow established incident management, escalation and service-level procedures. Prepare regular reports on network performance, incidents and downtime. Assist with network configuration, maintenance and infrastructure upgrades. Ensure compliance with established IT security and operational procedures.

B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a NOC, network support or similar technical role. Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP and network troubleshooting. Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls and network monitoring tools. Ability to troubleshoot connectivity and network performance issues. Good knowledge of Windows/Linux environments is an advantage. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent are an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to network incidents. Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends or public holidays where required.
