Since commencing operations in March 1997 the company continues to grow and exerts its presence in numerous Projects in the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry. We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Office Assistance Services Personnel
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Main Function
Provide administrative and logistics support at the base, including material receipt, storage, inventory, waybill documentation, lifting operations, and coordination of material movements.
Support the Base Coordinator in managing daily base activities. Receive and coordinate materials from various locations for temporary storage and onward transfer. Organize materials and equipment in warehouses and designated stacking areas. Maintain accurate records of material inflows, outflows, and availability. Prepare waybills and manifests for materials leaving the base. Support inventory checks for stock and non-stock materials. Supervise lifting operations in compliance with company safety procedures. Support contractors with Jet A1 fuel inspection, loading, and certification activities. Manage materials and supplies for personnel from Head Office. Ensure all materials leaving the base are covered by approved Freight Waybills. Ensure valid Work Permits and appropriate PPE are in place for relevant activities.
Job Requirements
OND/HND in Science, Engineering, Logistics, or related discipline. 0–2 years’ relevant experience in material management, logistics, warehouse, or similar operations. Oil & Gas/Petroleum industry experience is an advantage. Basic knowledge of material handling, storage, inventory, and logistics operations. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Good organizational, documentation, and communication skills. Basic awareness of HSE requirements, PPE, lifting operations, and Permit to Work procedures.
