Job Responsibilities
Manage daily online sales and customer enquiries
Respond promptly to customers through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other online platforms
Promote supermarket products through social media and online channels
Create engaging product posts, stories, and promotional content
Receive and process online orders accurately
Follow up on customers and convert enquiries into sales
Maintain accurate records of online orders and sales
Coordinate with the cashier, inventory, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Monitor online sales performance and provide regular reports
Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers
Identify opportunities to increase online sales and customer engagement.
RequirementsMinimum of an OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
Previous experience in online sales, social media management, or e-commerce is an advantage
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platform
Ability to create attractive and engaging product content
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Computer and smartphone proficiency
Creative, proactive, organized, and target-oriented
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
