Our Client is seeking an experienced Onshore Security Coordinator to oversee security operations across an onshore field environment, ensuring the effective protection of personnel, facilities, assets, and operations.

Develop, implement, maintain, and exercise the Site/Field Security Plan. Conduct regular security inspections and patrols across field locations and facilities. Manage security around wellhead locations and other critical assets. Control and regulate access to operational facilities. Conduct checks on personnel, vehicles, equipment, and materials entering and leaving sites. Coordinate Government Security Forces and other deployed security personnel. Manage the deployment and activities of security personnel within assigned locations. Conduct security inductions for employees, contractors, and visitors. Vet personnel and manage access/badge authorization. Coordinate with security managers of contractors and service companies. Liaise with relevant security agencies and authorities when authorized. Gather, analyze, document, and disseminate security information. Investigate security incidents/crimes and prepare accurate investigation reports. Ensure security meetings, briefings, and awareness sessions are conducted. Monitor, test, and ensure proper maintenance of surveillance and intrusion-detection systems. Ensure personnel understand and comply with established security procedures. Maintain accurate records of security incidents and occurrences. Support the protection of Company personnel, assets, facilities, and operations.

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution with 5-10 years experience. Previous industrial security experience, preferably within Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, or another high-risk environment. Military or Police background is highly desirable. Proven experience coordinating security personnel and managing security operations. Strong experience in access control, security inspections, incident investigation, intelligence gathering, and security reporting. Good knowledge of security procedures, risk management, and emergency response. Demonstrated ability to manage men, materials, and security resources effectively. Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a high-risk and volatile operational environment. Willingness to work on a rotational basis.

We are particularly interested in professionals with a combination of industrial security experience and a military or police background, especially those who have managed security operations within oil & gas, onshore fields, flow stations, wellhead locations, or other high-risk facilities. Experience coordinating government security forces, contractors, access control, security investigations, and protection of personnel and assets will be highly relevant.
