We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Operation & Maintenance Operator/Engineer to manage the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance improvement of bleach and liquid cleaner sachet production lines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, machine reliability, product quality, safety compliance, and minimal downtime.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and supervise bleach and liquid cleaner sachet production lines.
Ensure daily production targets are achieved.
Monitor line efficiency, productivity, and machine performance.
Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments for different SKUs and bottle sizes.
Ensure proper filling, capping, labeling, coding, shrink wrapping, and packing operations.
Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and automation-related faults.
Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Maintain maintenance records and equipment history.
Support spare parts planning and inventory control.
Monitor filling accuracy, cap sealing, labeling, coding, and packaging quality.
Implement GMP, 5S, and workplace safety procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve machine efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
Support the installation, commissioning, testing, and validation of new equipment.
RequirementsB.Eng./HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of bottling, liquid filling, or sachet packaging lines.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Experience with PLC-controlled and automated packaging equipment.
Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Equipment Experience:Experience with some or all of the following equipment is highly desirable:Liquid filling machines
Capping machines
Shrink sleeving tunnel machines
Batch coding systems
Shrink wrapping and packing machines
Conveyors and material handling systems
Air compressors and pneumatic systems
PLC-controlled and automated packaging equipment.
