Job Summary
Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
The successful candidate will coordinate personnel, equipment, logistics, quality assurance, and client service to achieve operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and supervise all operational activities across NDT, drill pipe inspection, calibration, and related services.
Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, client specifications, and company procedures.
Manage project execution, scheduling, manpower allocation, equipment utilization, and logistics.
Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HSSE policies, radiation safety requirements, and quality management systems.
Coordinate equipment maintenance, calibration, certification, and asset availability.
Work closely with Business Development to support tenders, mobilization, and client engagements.
Prepare operational reports, KPIs, budgets, and management presentations.
Lead, coach, and develop operations personnel to achieve high performance.
Manage operational risks and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Maintain excellent relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with ISO management systems and relevant regulatory requirements.
SalaryN250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
