Summary
The Operations and Brand Manager oversees daily business processes while ensuring every customer touchpoint and internal workflow aligns with the company's identity and growth goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership: Manage day-to-day business activities, streamline internal processes, and coordinate workflows across departments like sales, finance, and marketing.
Brand Strategy: Develop and execute consistent brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identities across all online and offline channels.
Project & Resource Management: Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and operational projects from initial concept to completion.
Market & Data Analysis: Conduct market research, track consumer behavior, and analyze performance metrics to optimize brand reach and operational efficiency.
Budget & Vendor Management: Monitor operational and marketing budgets, forecasts, and supplier relations to maintain profitability and accountability.
QualificationsInterested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
Required Skills:Strong background in both process optimization and marketing strategy.
Excellent project management and cross-functional communication abilities.
Analytical mindset with experience tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Problem-solving skills to handle supply, staffing, or campaign bottlenecks.
