Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations & Installation Manager to oversee site operations, equipment installation, commissioning, and field service activities across fuel station and energy projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute installation works and follow-on installations.
Lead site supervisors, technicians, and contractors.
Coordinate electrical, mechanical, piping and civil interfaces.
Oversee the safe and timely installation of dispensers across pilot and subsequent stations.
Oversee commissioning, testing, handover, and warranty activities.
Manage logistics, spares, equipment, and field service activities.
Own site works, field service, and logistics from installation through handover and warranty.
Ensure installations are delivered safely, on time, and to required quality standards.
Monitor site progress and provide regular reports to management.
Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve site issues.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project requirements.
RequirementsB.Sc./B.Eng. or equivalent in Engineering.
7–10 years experience in Oil & Gas, Operations / Installation in Fuel Stations, Industrial Plant or Energy Equipment.
Strong site leadership and team management experience.
Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, piping, and civil interfaces.
Strong logistics, field service, and problem-solving skills.
Must be willing to work fully onsite in Apapa, Lagos.
SalaryN700,000 - N800,000 Monthly.
